When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and profile picture from your Google account (via Google OAuth).
Campaign Content
We store the content you create including campaigns, records, sessions, conversations, handouts, and uploaded images.
Usage Data
We collect information about how you use the service, including features accessed, actions taken, and timestamps.
Technical Data
We automatically collect browser type, device information, IP address, and similar technical data.
How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain the service
- To process your AI requests through our AI provider (Anthropic)
- To store and display your uploaded images (via Cloudinary)

AI Processing
When you use AI features, your prompts and relevant campaign context are sent to Anthropic (Claude) for processing.
We do not use your content to train AI models. Anthropic processes your data according to their privacy policy.
AI conversations are stored in your account and can be deleted at any time.
Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:
- Anthropic - for AI processing
- Google - for authentication
- Cloudinary - for image storage
- Our payment provider - for payment processing
- Service providers who assist our operations (under confidentiality agreements)
- When required by law or to protect our rights
Data Retention
We retain your account and campaign data as long as your account is active.
When you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
Some anonymized usage data may be retained for analytics purposes.
