Our Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with Scribe's Tower. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

Subscription Refunds

Subscriptions are billed in advance for the billing period. You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or subscription renewal. After 14 days, there are no refunds on unused subscription periods. If technical problems prevent or unreasonably delay delivery of the service, your exclusive and sole remedy is either replacement of the service or refund of the price paid, as determined by us.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at support@scribes-tower.com with your account email and reason for the refund. We aim to process refund requests within 5-7 business days.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, and will be returned to your original payment method.

Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5-10 additional business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Cancellation vs. Refund

Canceling your subscription is different from requesting a refund. When you cancel, you retain access until the end of your billing period but are not charged again. A refund returns money already paid. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at support@scribes-tower.com at least 48 hours before the end of your current billing period.
